Oh man, where do I start? The boiled eggs at breakfast were a real treat! Plus, I just loved how near we were to so many local gems like Daikoku Nadi and Sitar Indian & Thai. Seriously, grabbing dinner at those spots was a blast! Great vibes, and I was stuffed to the brim with delicious eats!
Now, here’s the catch—on the 23rd, I returned to my room to find zero water. You’d think in a place like this, water would flow freely, right? I was running late for a wedding, and after endless waiting, no shower! When I finally got cold water the next day, it fled just as fast. Talk about a trickle of bad luck!

We enjoyed a fantastic stay! The room had a great view of the pool, and the breakfast was a solid continental spread with options for cooked meals. The fish and chips were great and the curry I had was bursting with flavor. Super close to shops and other eateries too! 🌟

The pool area was lovely, but my room had cockroaches everywhere.

missingWrote a review on Nov 23pool areaconvenient shopscleanliness issues
The pool area presents a vibrant spot to unwind. The location benefits from a major food court and shops within walking distance, making it convenient for quick grabs.
Many aspects require immediate attention. Several rooms displayed unclean linen with hair and stains. A notably unpleasant cigarette smell lingered in multiple rooms. The air conditioning and TV malfunctioned in some rooms, and there were issues with absent towels. Cockroaches spotted in the kitchen were a real letdown, along with cleanliness issues in the bathroom. Poor communication with cleaners led to awkward encounters while accessing rooms.

this hotel really woudl ve been something special if only the TV worked and we had hot water, but alas, neither was the case. and can you believe, no welcome gift or even a complimentary drink after all that traveling? how rude! i almost thought of leaving a good review, but those little things add up.

6/10
Ope, I gotta say the pool was just lovely to relax by, and it was nice having shops so close, dontcha know? But I had to ask a couple times for extra pillows and towels—made it feel a little off. And the breakfast? Could use a bit more variety, lemme tell ya. I could’ve used a hot cup of coffee with breakfast instead of just the usual stuff.

We had a lovely time enjoying the clean pool area while exploring the nearby shops. The breakfast was a nice touch, and the free airport pick-up made our travel so much smoother. Our family enjoyed the close proximity to stores for stocking up essentials before heading to the islands.
In my wife’s opinion, having more family-friendly dining options would enhance our stay.

Recommend it for budget explorers
The room was clean and the bed was nice comfy. I remember arriving tired from the flight and getting immediate access to a cool air con room which was a lifesaver. The breakfast was a decent spread for a buffet, would have loved more variety but it did the job.
It wasn't super cheap but it's acceptable for what you get.
